A.L. Hopkins creates original works driven by movement, color, depth, and controlled unpredictability. He also works with landscapes and Mixed media reliefs.

Working primarily in acrylic, metallic, pearlescent, and iridescent media, Hopkins uses pouring, airflow, layering, and experimental techniques to create pieces that evoke everything form planetary surfaces and nebulae to oceans, geological formations and abstract landscapes.

Each work is created as an original, not a reproduction of a formula. The interaction of color, movement, and material ensures that no two pieces can ever be exactly duplicated.
